Croeso | Welcome! The Welsh Fell Runners Association (WFRA), or Cymdeithas Rhedwyr Mynydd Cymru (CRhMC) in Welsh, is an independent, not-for-profit organisation whose aim is to encourage and support grassroots fell running and fell racing in Wales and the Borders.

Juniors | Ieuenctid

The WFRA will once again present two series of fell races for all ages of juniors in 2025 – one in the north and one in the south. There will also be a standalone Welsh Junior Championship Race which is a counter in both the North and South Wales Junior Championship Series.

Championship | Pencampwriaeth

Compete against the best fell runners in Wales and the Borders for the annual short/medium (S/M) Championship and Long (L) Championship. We also organise a North Wales Series and South Wales Series of races, and there are several other race series.

What's a fell race? What kit do I need? How do I get involved? All your questions answered here. There are fell running clubs and fell races year-round across Wales and the Borders, and you can always get in touch with us to ask questions.
