Timings on Saturday 29th.
13:00 arrival/registration open
14:00-15:30 races start - exact start times tbc
Champs presentations will follow directly after the races, in the race field.
17:00 Presentations for the N Wales Series will be held on the campsite, followed by the post race BBQ.

Two optional activities will be run on Sunday for those interested:

The North Wales Junior Fell & Mountain Regional Development day will be held on Sunday 10am-3pm, nearby (on Cribyn Fawr), for those in the u15-u20 (Fell & mountain categories, i.e. birth years 2005-2011)
If you wish to take part in the development day, please note this below AND also fill in this form (ideally by Sunday 23rd June) - note Welsh-eligible fell runners from outside the North Wales region are also welcome assuming we have enough spaces.

Welsh Orienteering Association coaches Alice and Mark Saunders have offered to run an Orienteering Taster/Training session on Sunday morning at the same location as the Regional Development Day, open to all ages of juniors, and all abilities including complete beginners.

(NB, the Development Day will involve some practical navigation practice for fell and mountain runners, making use of the courses and expertise of WOA)
